The composition of the building leaving a broad open space and oriented to the rear garden designed together with the golf course located in North Jakarta area. Fiify Eluza and the Bougainvillea Garden design team has completed a conceptual design softscape on this residential project. More targeted approach taken to visualize the concept of hardscape which has been formed, with little development due to the addition of new areas to improve existing concepts.
Notching a golf course designed landscapes in the open, with contoured land covered with grass golf and palm trees that shade the canopy leaf area golfers activity associated with the pathway that connects lines to every point of access holes. Similar concepts apply in the rear garden overlooking the golf course directions to the park can be integrated in a mutually sustainable landscape. Such conditions are rarely found in other locations when this condition can be exploited to improve the arrangement of spaces outside the dwelling.
