Becoming Bosses Preferred

Promoted? This is definitely a desirable by the people who work. Promotion is usually accompanied with the increase in salaries plus a subordinate to help our work. However, up position is not always easy. There are things that must be done to keep you liked subordinates but also respected by them.
Being a boss or a new boss, is itself a challenge for you. On the one hand, you should be able to make your subordinates obedient and willing to obey your orders, on the other hand you have to make in order subordinates to like you and do not feel depressed. For that, the new position means that there are some things you need to update also.
Know Your Subordinates
Knowing the names of your people is an obligation that must be met. But here is not enough just to know know the name. You also must know the character and ability of each subordinate. (more…)
