Dago’s Bajigur & Bandrek

You can enjoy a variety of typical food serving Sundanese and other foods in Dago Tea House. One of the favorite menu in this place is bandrek and bajigur. Bandrek and bajigur is a traditional beverage in West Java. They were sweet and delicious. Both contain ginger which makes it suitable to drink beverages in the cold.

Bandrek have a mixture of ginger with brown sugar and coconut milk. In the beverage bandrek there are also pieces of coconuts can also be eaten. Sometimes added condensed milk to add to the enjoyment bandrek. (more…)

Dago Tea House

Dago Thee Huis
