No need to panic if you see a rusted frame. There are several solutions that can be used as funds are available. Can select a temporary with the funds that are not expensive, or select funds expended a little more expensive, but with “bonus”: can change the model and the appropriate size with an area and function space.

Frames and shutters / doors from wood that has been porous due to termites, must be quickly replaced, before the damage spreads to other parts. But to replace it, do not let loose and throw home! Replacing the sills or doors / windows can be done by replacing the model without changing the size of the old frame. In this way, the old railings can still be used again. Funds needed would not be too large, for not buying a new trellis. Try to compare, how much money should we spend if we replace the old frame size.

To find out what kind of replacement should be done, should be seen to what extent the damage. Damaged frames only, or leaves, or even both? Hollow beams which part? How many blocks of wood to be replaced? Should be considered carefully, in order to achieve maximum results with minimum cost possible.

Cut and discard

Now, what corrective actions, if only a rusted frame? Turns out easily. Frame does not need to be released from the wall, simply cut at the very porous and replaced with a block of wood the same size. New beams were then placed on a porous blocks were used.

Just replaced the model

What if the frame still in good condition but the leaves have been damaged? This can be overcome by replacing it with the leaves of the old model. Model leaves may be substituted provided by same size with the old. But if the frame is damaged more than 25% and leaves still in good condition, meaning that frames must be replaced. However, changing the frame of the model means also changing the model leaf (though not necessarily replace the existing grille).

For example, a glass window glass equipped with openings at the top. First, railings installed in the hole and opening windows. Now, after a model change, the old railings can still be installed in its place. While such openings in the top of the window glass alias no longer open. Angkur must remain attached

Although the beam is cut and replaced, the angkur of doors / windows and equipment used. It would be better if they are replacing the deck intact. May be modified size
